I had several attempts at today's challenge throughout the day. #Mindful melting is not as easy as I thought. I discovered a few things that I recommend;
1. Much better with shoes off (and ideally socks)
2. Use your most comfortable chair
3. Peace and quiet is better
4. Wait a couple of hours after coffee
5. Closing my eyes certainly helped. Although I advise against this if combined with lying down. I woke up half an hour later 😊
I found this challenge to be very relaxing. If you enjoyed it and you have not tried one before, I highly recommend a floatation tank. The feeling is very similar. However, it is easier to achieve a relaxed state and much longer lasting.
