I experimented a little with this task. I tried sitting, standing and lying down. Eyes open and closed. Focussing on my breath for a while first and so on. For me, lying down on my bed with my eyes open after meditating for 10 minutes was the most “connected”. I am using quotation marks because that can mean many things. My experience of it is something like feeling I am exactly where I should be with a sense of peace and warmth inside.
