#MindfulMay 2020 - Day 20.

“Technically you only have three minutes to live. Fortunately, the timer gets reset every time you breath” – Unknown

One of my favourite quotes of all time, this. It reminds me that life is now, and only now really. The one breath exercise is a regular source of peace and focus for me. The “push-up” for the mind is a useful analogy too. I focus on the air moving through my nostril and how it feels, which nostril, etc… I find closing my eyes really helps if I am feeling a bit scattered or stressed.

Did you manage to give this a go? One mindful breath, it does not get any easier or more valuable than this…

Be happy, healthy and helpful

Paul
