#MindfulMay 2020 - Day 17.

The first sensation I experienced was the stretching of my tendons (and ligaments). Then my nails digging into the palms of my hand. I noticed the difference in temperature between parts of my hands. Usually, my fingers were colder. Next came the pressure, sometimes this was accompanied by pain in certain spots. After releasing I felt the warmth from the blood flowing back into my hands, usually accompanied by some aching or throbbing.
